Our design firm was brought into this project after most of the construction was completed. However, our experienced team was able to produce construction documents that accurately depicted both the original and the new floor plan layouts.

While we always recommend that our clients hire our design firm before construction begins, we are happy to permit projects after construction has started and when code violation notices have been issued by city inspectors.

For this project, the compartmentalized kitchen was moved from the rear corner to the center of the house to create an open floor plan. The third bedroom was then relocated to the corner of the house, along with a walk-in closet and en suite bathroom, to enhance privacy and improve flow.  Modern finishes throughout the house and updated landscaping make this a beautiful property for any young family.
