This Craftsman-style single-family home, originally a two-bedroom, one-bathroom residence, has been reimagined as a three-bedroom, two-bathroom house with an open floor plan concept. The house sits on a corner lot of a friendly and walkable community close to local restaurants, public schools, and a robust public transportation system. In addition to remodeling this rough gem back to its former glory, our new design capitalized on its privileged corner location and wonderful sunny climate to enhance the indoor-outdoor living experience by adding three new yard decks with double French doors. The kitchen was relocated from the rear to the middle of the house, creating an open-concept floor plan and allowing for outdoor dinning.

Additionally, the existing one-bedroom unit located above the garage was optimized to become a two-bedroom unit with a significantly improved flow.
