This 1,200-square-foot Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) consists of two-stories, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms.  This ADU is in a prime location within walking distance of San Diego State University making it an ideal housing option for college students.

Our design approach carefully considered the site’s unique features. We specifically framed the beautiful canyon views at the rear of the lot, and each bedroom includes either a balcony or a patio to promote fresh air flow, enhance the views, and create a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

We thoughtfully placed the ADU on the lot to preserve existing parking spaces for the main single-family residence. Additionally, the ADU will have a separate private street entrance to ensure privacy for both the ADU occupants and the residents of the existing home.

This project is currently under construction and is anticipated to be completed by August 2025.
